Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully before using any Beyond Horizons Services. By connecting to our network or using our website, you agree to be bound by the conditions described below.

Ownership & License
A · Ownership
The Services are owned and operated by Beyond Horizons, a company registered in England and Wales, and are protected by Intellectual Property Rights and applicable law. Beyond Horizons reserves all rights not explicitly granted to you in these Terms.
B · License
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Beyond Horizons Limited grants you a non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Services for your own personal entertainment.
C · Accounts
You may access our server via your Minecraft account. If you share an Account, these Terms apply to all users of that Account. Beyond Horizons may permanently delete Accounts that have been inactive for 180 days or more. Deletion may result in loss of all data, progress, and purchases associated with that Account. To delete your Account voluntarily, contact Beyond Horizons Support.
D · Licence Restrictions
By using the Services you agree not to, directly or indirectly:
- Engage in conduct that Beyond Horizons determines to be against the spirit or intent of the Services.
- Use cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, macros, or any gameplay methods not expressly authorised by Beyond Horizons.
- Use automation software, reverse-engineering tools, or unauthorised third-party software to access, manipulate, or disrupt the Services.
- Distribute or promote tools, mods, or software that facilitate cheating or provide an unfair advantage.
- Exploit the Services for unauthorised commercial purposes, including selling in-game items or currency outside the Services, paid account boosting, or unapproved advertising.
- Organise, promote, or participate in gambling or wagering activities related to the Services.
- Create or use in-game items generated through bugs, errors, or undocumented features.
- Copy, modify, or distribute materials from the Services except as expressly authorised.
- Rent, sell, lease, or exploit any part of the Services for commercial gain.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any person, including Beyond Horizons staff or affiliates.
- Organise or participate in activities that are hateful, harmful, or offensive toward protected groups.
- Initiate or assist any attack or disruption to the Services, including malware or denial-of-service attacks.
- Attempt to access accounts or Services that do not belong to you.
- Use the Services where prohibited by applicable law.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate revocation of your licence, account deletion, or legal action at Beyond Horizons's discretion.

Payments & In-Game Purchases
In-Game Purchases remain the property of Beyond Horizons and are not your property. Beyond Horizons may modify, control, or remove any In-Game Purchase at any time, without notice or compensation.
Where refunds are provided, they are at Beyond Horizons's sole discretion and under limited conditions.

User Content
Beyond Horizons does not conduct prior screening of User Content. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. When you upload or create User Content, you confirm that it:
- Is accurate, complete, and free of fraud.
- Does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Is free from harmful, illegal, or offensive material.
- Complies with these Terms in full.
By submitting User Content, you grant Beyond Horizons Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content. Beyond Horizons does not claim ownership of your User Content but may use it without compensation to you.
DMCA & Copyright
If notified of copyright infringement, Beyond Horizons may terminate access to the relevant content. Valid notices must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A signature by the authorised rights holder or their representative.

Term
Unless modified by Beyond Horizons, this agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the Services. Termination of your licence does not affect any remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in force.

Account Access
If you have been previously banned from any Beyond Horizons Services, you may not access or use the Services by any means, including via an alternative account. Circumventing a ban is a violation of these Terms and may result in further action.

Service Availability & Termination
You acknowledge that:
- Beyond Horizons may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
- Beyond Horizons may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion, without notice or liability.
- You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Services.
- Access to the Services may be interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
- Upon termination or suspension, all virtual items, progress, and purchases are forfeited with no entitlement to a refund.
- The Services may not be available in all regions.

Warranty & Liability
Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Horizons its affiliates, directors, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
- Any harmful software, conduct, or content you introduce through the Services.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Beyond Horizons is a company registered in England and Wales.
You agree that any Dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless prohibited by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
Beyond Horizons Limited may update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
