How do I appeal a ban or punishment?

To appeal a ban or punishment:

1. Join the Beyond Horizons Discord server.
2. Open the #get-help channel.
3. Create a support ticket.
4. Submit your information using the format provided in the channel.
5. Wait for a staff member to review your appeal and respond.

Tickets are marked as closed after a staff member responds. Closed tickets are deleted 24 hours later, so please check your ticket regularly.

If you miss the response, ask a staff member for a copy of the ticket transcript.
